Tech companies fund time travel research to obtain developers with 25+ years of experience in React.JS

Human resources departments in major tech companies can no longer satisfy the needs of engineering departments. In most cases, developers with more years of experience are needed, often with more years than physically possible. Currently, only those with 25+ years of experience in React.JS are considered for middle positions. However, React itself is only 7 years old.

In an attempt to solve the problem, several large tech companies have pledged millions of dollars for time travel research.

"This isn't just about increasing the years of experience. Time travel opens a lot of possibilities for HR. We can obtain more people! For example, you can travel back in time and induce a slightly traumatic experience in a young person. That would increase the chances of the person becoming a front end software developer." says the spokesperson for TT4HR project.
