Medical startup struggles to hire full-stack doctors with 75+ years of experience
An ambitious medical startup, promised to revolutionize the world of medicine, faced an unexpected challenge: so far, the HR department has managed to hire zero out of necessary 3500 full-stack doctors with 75+ years of experience.
This comes as a surprise to the founders and the board of directors. Despite a very competitive salary and lots of perks like orange juice and free disinfectant, it seems like medical doctors just don't really want to work.
As a temporary solution, the startup had to lower the requirements. Currently, the position is open to any medical doctor with relevant experience in all of the following fields: Allergy and immunology, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Diagnostic radiology, Emergency medicine, Family medicine, Internal medicine, Medical genetics, Neurology, Nuclear medicine, Obstetrics and gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pathology, Pediatrics, Physical medicine and rehabilitation, Preventive medicine, Psychiatry, Radiation oncology, Surgery, and Urology.
