Facebook acquires Somalia to escape regulations, renames country to Zuckerbergstan

Social networking giant Facebook has finalized the acquisition of the African state of Somalia for the price of 4.31 Instagrams. Formally, the unusual business transaction was planned to "connect the people and improve the livelihoods of the citizens".

However, experts believe that the true reason for the acquisition was to escape privacy regulations by moving the company's HQ and whole operations into the state which is now governed by Facebook's own terms of service.

To avoid future confusion, the African country will be renamed to Zuckerbergstan.
