Designer charged for malpractice, sentenced to select text on webpages 3 hours per day

Unprecedented class action suit against a team of UI/UX-designers came to an end this afternoon in Pueblo, Colorado. The victims claim that enterprise software designed by the team brought deep moral trauma to dozens of employees.

While the design firm itself was only fined, the head UX designer Jennifer Contarstio-Lowe  was sentenced to select text on random JS-enhanced web pages for 3 hours each day (bank holidays included), for 4 years.

Jennifer comments:

Frankly, I'm relieved. The lawyers had prepared me for worse: forward-back navigation in PWAs while filling multiple forms. To be honest, text-selection is alright.
